Here with Doyle’s family, spending time in the great midwest. Kansas is an interesting place. Remind me to discuss it at some later date. Suffice to say, it takes a little getting used to. Being with family is always good and always good to learn from.

I’m in the middle of reading The Ominivore’s Dilemma and it is an extremely interesting book. I’d encourage everyone who eats to read this book, especially an American. It will open your eyes to how and what we eat, and why. Read it. And it will change the way I eat. That is for damn sure.

So, I’ll read and relax just a little while I’m here. Tomorrow it’s off to Denver and my family. Christmas – Part Deux. Keep smiling!
